At the Airports, our bus stops are located outside the baggage claim area at every terminal, look for our Bus Stop Sign (New York Airport Service).

Approximately 1 Hour and 20 Minutes.

How long is the trip between Port Authority & LGA Airport?
Answer:
Approximately 1 Hour.

Answer:
Approximately 1 Hour

How long is the trip between Grand Central Terminal And LGA Airport?

Approximately 45 Minutes.

Does your bus service go directly to the NY Airports from Penn Station?
Answer:
No. You will have to transfer at Grand Central Terminal.

How long is the trip between Penn Station and Grand Central Terminal?
Answer:
Approximately 10-15 Minutes.

How long is the trip between Port Authority & Grand Central Terminal?
Answer:
Approximately 10-15 Minutes.

Does your bus service go directly to the NY Airports from Port Authority?
Answer:
There will be a stop at Grand Central Terminal, but you do not have to transfer to a different vehicle.

Do you provide scheduled service to or from Newark Airport?
Answer:
No, we do not provide transportation to or from Newark Airport.


Question:
How long is my ticket valid?
Answer:
One-Way ticket is valid for the day it was purchased. Round Trip ticket (return ticket) is valid for 30 days.


Question:
I bought my ticket online, what now?
Answer:
Once you have finished your online booking, please revise your reservation details. If everything is fine, print out a copy and bring it with you to give to the driver.


Question:
Am I entitled to a refund, in case I have to cancel my reservation?
Answer:
Yes, but cancellation must be received 24 hours prior to reserved date
