What is your cancellation policy?
We understand travel plans may change, so we offer a simple cancellation policy. Cancellations made less than 4 hours prior to pick-up time are not refundable.
Cancellations made more than 4 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up time will be refunded less a $5 administrative fee.
What is your refund policy?
Prepaid reservations cancelled more than 4 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up time will be refunded less a $5 administrative fee.
What forms of payment are accepted?
For internet bookings on our website, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards. We also welcome cash payment. Please call a customer service representative who will happily assist you with reserving your ride.
Is my information secure?
Yes, there is not safer way to order online. Keeping your personal information and any credit card information secure and confidential is one of our most important responsibilities. Any information that is exchanged between your computer and our server during the reservation process is encrypted. A secure server running the latest 128-bit encryption handles all our payment. On your final checkout page, you will see a blue box that says “Trustwave”, you can click this blue box at any time and it will verify that Airlink is update to date on payment and information security.
What do I do if my flight has changed or canceled?
If your flight has changed or cancel, please call our team as soon as possible to notify our customer service representatives who can then note the change in your reservation and alert our logistic team. Customer service representative is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
What airports does NY Airport Service operate at?
We provide transportation to and from JFK and LaGuardia airports. Our services connect Manhattan, the Grand Central area, and other key locations throughout New York City with reliable private and shared ride options.
Private service can be arranged to EWR and any other destination in the tri-state area.
Who operates NY Airport Service?
NY Airport Service is operated by GO Airlink NYC, an official licensee of the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey. GO Airlink has been providing trusted airport transportation in New York City since 2004.
What types of rides are available?
You can choose from three options:
Economy Service – private transfers at affordable rates.
Direct Shuttle – private vans for 5 to 13 passengers.
Grand Central Express – shared line-run service between Grand Central and JFK or LaGuardia.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking your airport transfer as early as possible to ensure availability, especially during peak travel times. Reservations can be made online at any time.
Can I cancel or change my reservation?
Yes. You may cancel up to 4 hours before your scheduled pickup for a full refund. If your flight changes, we’ll adjust your pickup time based on the new arrival information.
Do you track flights?
Yes. We monitor your flight in real time so your driver is ready when you arrive. If your flight is delayed, we’ll adjust your pickup time accordingly.
Where do I meet my driver at the airport?
Your driver will meet you curbside at your terminal. Complete meeting instructions are included in your confirmation email after booking.
